I am offering today a
Vintage Vanity Plate Central Dauphin East High School Panthers Harrisburg, PA.  From the same estate as my Sutliff Chevrolet license plate frame.  It is in fair condition and shows a lot of wear, rust and is not straight.  Right from the shelf in the garage.  I imagine this to be rare.
It will need attention to proper cleaning.
There may be what appears to be white streaks on the item, but this is from the overhead light and not on the item itself, unless otherwise noted in the description.
