Vintage Black Americana Oil Painting Portrait Lovely Black Woman 1940s

Description

Striking oil painting of a black woman probably from the 1940s.  It measures 12"x 16" and was painted on canvas board.  Really nice condition, very clean and colors are bright. There are two light surface scratches on the face (see first photo) otherwise, no other flaws.  Signed by the artist, Elizabeth Putnam.
