    In order to schedule an appointment to inspect my 1974 Ta Chiao CT-41 Auxillary Ketch Bluewater Sailboat you must submit your most recent bank account statement and recent tax return as proof that you can afford to purchase this vessel. No financing is available due to the age of the vessel and the Buyer would need to have the funds or be able to take a personal loan to purchase this vessel. I will only accept a bank to bank transfer for the deposit and the purchase amount.
    My vessel has a current in and out of water survey which will be available upon submitting your financials. The fair market value of this rebuild is 5,000.00 and the replacement value is 0,000.00 based on my current survey for the vessel.
    The only insurance company that will insure this vessel is Markel Specialty Insurance and the vessel currently has full coverage insurance based on its current survey.
