ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION ARE OVER THREE YEARS OLD
This auction is for a 1996 Pennsylvania Flagship Niagara Vanity License Plate that reads ' URAQT ' . Translates to 'You Are A Cutie'! The Flagship Niagara plate is truly unique. It depicts The Battle Of Lake Erie, the spectacular color painting by renowned 19th Century artist Julian O. Davidson. However after police complaints due to legibility problems, the plate was discontinued. This plate was one of the leftover blank plates the state had when it was discontinued. Instead of wasting them, the state printed up vanity plates for collectors, and stamped them with a 1996 expiration date for safety so they could not be used on the highways. Today they are a highly collectible plate.

It is over three years old and does not violate ebay's rules. It expired in 1996 even though this particular plate was never legal on the roads.
